Last Saturday we had a primary activity at the church and also practiced for the primary's sacrament meeting presentation which was on Sunday. We made 3 pinata's during the week thinking that would be a fun tradition to teach them. We also had some jump ropes and some bean bags made for the games. For refreshments, we served doughnuts and punch, plus the candy that was in the pinata's. We also gave everyone a couple of balloons. It turned out to be a fun day and the children enjoyed it.

It was a good thing that we had the Elder's there to help us. This is Elder Molefe from South Africa. |

This one wasn't any trouble. Isn't she a cutie?! |
The pictures don't tell the story. What really happened couldn't be caught on camera. It took everyone for crowd control once the pinata had a tiny hole in it and one candy fell out. The ropes were there to keep everyone back but that didn't work. Luckily, no one got hurt!
